Treatment time varies depending on your individual needs, but most patients wear braces or aligners for 12 to 24 months. Some minor corrections can be completed in less time, while more complex cases may take longer.

No. You may feel some mild discomfort or pressure for a few days after your braces or aligners are fitted or adjusted. This is normal and a sign that your teeth are moving. Most patients find any discomfort manageable and temporary.

Absolutely! It’s never too late to improve your smile. Many of our patients are adults who choose treatment for aesthetic reasons or to correct long-standing bite issues. We offer discreet options like aligners and braces that fit comfortably into professional and social lifestyles.

You’ll typically visit us every 6–10 weeks for brace adjustments or to check progress. If you’re using clear aligners with Dental Monitoring, some appointments can be completed virtually, reducing the number of in-person visits.

Yes. Wearing a retainer is an essential part of maintaining your new smile. After your braces or aligners are removed, retainers keep your teeth from shifting back into their old positions. We’ll recommend the best retainer type for you and guide you on how often to wear it.
