Virtual appointment process –
what to expect

Your first consultation with our Specialist Orthodontist, Dr Brittany Shearn, takes place virtually, making it simple to fit into your busy schedule. Whether you’re at home, work, or school, your smile consultation is just a video call away.

Before your appointment, we’ll ask you to:

• Send us a few photos of your teeth
• Organise any required X-rays of your face and jaw (we can help arrange this for you)

During your 30-minute video consultation, Dr Brittany Shearn will:

• Discuss your smile goals and concerns
• Explain your personalised treatment options
• Outline expected timeframes and costs
• Provide a written quote and treatment details for your reference

If you (or your child) are ready to move forward, we’ll then schedule an in-clinic appointment to finalise your treatment plan and begin your orthodontic journey.

In-clinic appointment process –
what to expect

When you visit our clinic, you’ll be greeted by our friendly team who’ll make sure you feel comfortable and at ease. Your appointment begins with a set of photos and digital scans, helping us gain a clear understanding of your teeth and bite.

You’ll then meet with our clinical team and Dr Brittany Shearn, who will:

• Review your scans and photos
• Discuss your treatment goals in detail
• Create a fully customised orthodontic plan tailored just for you

We’ll also introduce you to Dental Monitoring, our smart, app-based system that allows us to track your progress remotely between visits. This technology helps reduce the number of in-person appointments you need, without ever compromising on care or results.

Before you finish up, our reception team will chat with you about flexible, interest-free payment options and answer any questions you might have. Once you’re ready, we can get you started on your treatment journey right away.
